BWO CDC Emerger

A great little emerger pattern when Blue Wing Olives are hatching.  It's simmilar to our CDC wing sparkle emerger, but adds some hackle to the front of the fly so it rides a little higher in the water.  Just another twist to throw at those fussy trout!
