Owyhee River Update

As we near the end of another month the flows are still high from the run off. Flows currently are up around 1600 cfs as we speak. Too high for wading, but if you are adventurous you can float it in a raft or drift boat.

It's just a guess but in forecasting ahead, I would think we are in for at least another month of run off flows. This week the Owyhee Mountains are once again getting hit with a lot of moisture and much of it is supposed to be snow. If our cool wet spring continues I can foresee flows remaining high until at least the end of May, and possibly into June, but I will up date with any changes.
